Shipping Policy
If a product is not shipped because it is out of stock, MQV is not liable. The order confirmation is distinct from order verification.
When making a reservation, the customer must give us the correct address and phone number. The management team at MQV is free to modify the return and exchange policy at any moment and without prior warning.
MQV strives to offer the best services while completing requests promptly. Despite our efforts, some orders take longer to complete. Please note that delivery requires 1 extra working day from our logistics partner. However, the amount of time needed may vary based on various factors.
Return Policy
At MQV, our first objective is to improve our Client’s overall experience. By guiding them through the online store, social media, and catalog, MQV guarantees the rights of its customers and keeps them informed at all times. The policy listed below applies to all domestic orders placed in our online stores and is for the same services.
Products are returnable. If a product is received that is flawed or does not meet the requirements of our customers, we offer a return service option. Customers have the opportunity to quickly return anything within the allotted time frame if they are dissatisfied with what they ordered and what they got:
- The product that the Client is returning must be whole and undamaged.
- The product that was delivered but is being returned shouldn’t be used.
- The package for the item must be intact and complete.
